FREQUENCY
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business day of receiving order.  Orders are not sent out on weekends or public holidays. 

GIFT WRAPING
All orders are hand gift wrapped :)

SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA 
Standard Tracked Shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 (3-7 business days)
Express Tracked Shipping is a flat rate of $14.95  (2-3 business days)*
All parcels are sent via Australia Post. 
*Shipping within Australia is estimated to take 3-7 business days. *Express post is 1-3 days, however this time frame excludes suburbs out of metro areas. 

SHIPPING IN NEW ZEALAND 
Standard Tracked Shipping is a flat rate of $15.95  (7-12 business days)* Does not include any customs processing times or delays. 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND 
Orders are shipped to all countries via Australia Post & partnering couriers in local country. Shipping rates are and calculated at checkout. 

LIABILITY
Pelvi endeavour to meet stated delivery dates however are not liable for any losses, costs or damages incurred by the customer or any third party, arising directly or indirectly out of failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Pelvi does not cover any custom fees for international orders. If you cannot find a parcel delivered by Australia Post, you can call them for further information on 13 11 18. 

RETURNS POLICY

If a product is faulty or you would like to exchange the product purchased please contact customer care within 14 days of receiving order. Via admin@gcto.com.au all product must be returned in original condition and unused. Postage to return products is at your own cost & liability.
